How To Make chicken pot stickers
-
Step 1Mix all ingredients except for wrappers, broth and soy sauce.
-
Step 2Wet the edges of the wrapper. Spoon a teaspoon or so of chickent mixture. Fold the wrapper in half to or as desired. I have included a youtube video on different styles of wrapping wontons/dumplings in the comments below for your convenience. Repeat until all the wontons and/or filling is used.

Step 3Pour 1 Tbsp. peanut oil into a 12-inch nonstick skillet. Heat over medium high heat.
-
Step 4Cook 12 pot stickers at a time, 3 minutes or so on each side until lightly browned.
-
Step 5Stir in 1/2 cup of the broth and 1 teaspoon of the soy sauce. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
