How to Make Chicken Cups
- Thaw pkg. of phyllo cups while still in pkg. About ten minutes. Once thawed, transfer to serving platter.
- Place approx. two Tablespoons of your home-made or store bought chicken salad into each cup. Top each cup of chicken salad with two or three slivered almonds.
- Keep platter covered with plastic wrap and in the fridge until ready to serve. While you can make or buy the chicken salad a day ahead, you don't want to assemble the cups until just before serving so the cups don't get soggy.
