  • 1 c
    capn' crunch cereal, crushed
  • 1 c
    corn flakes, crushed
  • 1 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried onion
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 c
  • 2 large
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 lb
    chicken strips
  • ·
    oil for frying

How to Make Chicken Crunch


  1. Mix crushed cereals and place in large bowl or pie plate.
  2. Combine flour, onion, garlic and pepper in another bowl or pie plate.
  3. Beat eggs and milk together in a third bowl or pie plate.
  4. Dredge strips first in milk mixture, then flour and finally cereal.
  5. Fry strips in 325 degree oil for 3 minutes per side or till browned and crispy.
  6. Serve with honey mustard.
