How to Make Chicken Crunch
- Mix crushed cereals and place in large bowl or pie plate.
- Combine flour, onion, garlic and pepper in another bowl or pie plate.
- Beat eggs and milk together in a third bowl or pie plate.
- Dredge strips first in milk mixture, then flour and finally cereal.
- Fry strips in 325 degree oil for 3 minutes per side or till browned and crispy.
- Serve with honey mustard.
