I think these are great for parties. All of my friends ask for me to make these every time they throw a party. I like to add a little extra cheese but that's only cause I love cheese.

1 large can cubed all white chicken
about 1 cup mayonnaise or mircle whip
about 1 cup shredded sharp chedder cheese
1 package pumpernickel squares

How To Make chicken,cheese and mayo on pumpernickel

Step 1

Start by chopping up cubed chicken in a food processor or a chopper. Put in bowl, add mayo and shredded cheese and mix till all blended together

Step 2

Line pumpernickel squares on a foiled lined cookie sheet. Add mixture to each square and broil for about 3-5 mins or until melted
