Blue Ribbon Recipe
These fritters remind me of hush puppies - only better! They're full of great flavor thanks to the green onion, bacon, and a bit of zip from the Caesar dressing. Great as an appetizer at a party or would be a hit at a tailgate. Yummy!

Ingredients
- 2 6oz - bags of Tyson grilled ready chicken, finely chopped
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Caesar salad dressing
- 13/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 - green onion, finely chopped
- 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup cheese and garlic croutons grounded into crumbs
- 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- - oil for deep frying
- - McCormick sea salt grinder
How To Make caesar chicken fritters

Step 1Heat oil in fryer at 400.

Step 2Place chicken in a medium bowl with the egg, butter, and milk; stir to combine.

Step 3Combine the flour, baking powder, and soda in a small bowl.

Step 4Stir the flour into the chicken mixture a little at a time until combined.

Step 5Add the salad dressing, and stir.

Step 6Next add the onion, bacon, croutons, cheese, salt, and pepper; fold it in with hands.

Step 7Drop by teaspoon fulls into hot oil, or may be rolled into balls. Cook 3 minutes or until golded brown. Grind sea salt over hot fritters.

Step 8Serve with additional caesar dressing for dipping.
