  • 1 c
    hidden valley ranch dressing
  • 1
  • 1/4 tsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 2 lb
    chicken wings, cut at joints, tips discarded
  • 1 c
    about, of plain dry bread crumbs

How to Make Buttermilk Recipe Chicken Wings


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease a 15x10 pan.
  3. Combine the ranch dressing, egg and hot pepper sauce.
  4. Coat chicken with mixture, then with bread crumbs.
  5. Bake 40 minutes, until brown and crisp. Serve warm at room temperature. Makes about 20 servings.
  6. Keep extra dipping sauce for these things!!
