Ingredients
- 1 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 pounds chicken wings, cut in half, tips removed
How To Make buffalo wings

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place wings on a wire rack over a foil lined baking sheet. Bake uncovered for one hour or until done and skin is crisp.

Step 2Combine, butter, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Melt butter and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat, keep warm.

Step 3Dip wings in hot sauce mixture and arrange on a plate. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.
