How to Make Buffalo Chicken Wings

  1. Combine the butter, hot sauce, ground pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over a low heat. Heat until the butter is melted and all the ingredients are well blended.
  2. In small bowl combine flour and paprika, cayenne pepper and salt and whisk together. Put the wings into a large bowl and sprinkle with the flour mixture coating each wing evenly. Put the wings into the fridge for a hour. This will help the coating to stick to the wings when fried.
  3. Heat 1 inch of oil to 375 in frying pan. Place coated wings into the hot oil and fry for 10-15 minutes or until the wings turn a light golden brown. Drain wings on a paper towel or rack.
  4. While wings are still hot add the hot sauce mixture and toss to evenly coat. Serve with ranch or blu cheese dressing and enjoy!
