- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper

- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- - canola oil for frying
How To Make buffalo chicken wings
-
Step 1Combine the butter, hot sauce, ground pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over a low heat. Heat until the butter is melted and all the ingredients are well blended.
-
Step 2In small bowl combine flour and paprika, cayenne pepper and salt and whisk together. Put the wings into a large bowl and sprinkle with the flour mixture coating each wing evenly. Put the wings into the fridge for a hour. This will help the coating to stick to the wings when fried.
-
Step 3Heat 1 inch of oil to 375 in frying pan. Place coated wings into the hot oil and fry for 10-15 minutes or until the wings turn a light golden brown. Drain wings on a paper towel or rack.
-
Step 4While wings are still hot add the hot sauce mixture and toss to evenly coat. Serve with ranch or blu cheese dressing and enjoy!
