When we first moved to The Villages, we attended a party and this dip was served and we really loved it. I started serving it at my parties and it has always been a big hit.

prep time 30 Min
cook time 45 Min
method Bake
yield 10-12 serving(s)

Ingredients

  • 4 - boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • - frank's red hot wing sauce (it's hot so use as much or as little as you would like)
  • 12 ounces chunky blue cheese dressing
  • 8 ounces shredded cheese blend or cheddar cheese

How To Make buffalo chicken wing dip

  • Step 1
Season the chicken breast with pepper, garlic, and a little salt. Roast the chicken in the oven for about 30 - 40 minutes or until done.
  • Step 2
Cube and marinate the chicken breasts in the wing sauce for at least 40 minutes.
  • Step 3
Take cream cheese (softened) and spread on the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan.
  • Step 4
Pour marinated chicken over the cream cheese.
  • Step 5
Pour blue cheese dressing the chicken.
  • Step 6
Top with shredded cheese. You can use 8 oz. or more, depending on your taste.
  • Step 7
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • Step 8
Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips. I also put celery sticks out for all that extra cheese to scoop up.
