Buffalo Chicken Puffs
12 ozcream cheese, softened
2 Tbsphot sauce
1/3 cblue cheese, crumbled
1/4 ccelery, finely chopped
1 cchicken breast, cooked, and chopped
2 can(s)pillsbury place n bake crescent rounds
1/3 cmelted butter
1 cbread crumbs
How to Make Buffalo Chicken Puffs
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. In bowl, mix cream cheese and pepper sauce. Stir in blue cheese and celery. Stir in chicken until well blended. Shape mixture by tablespoon into 32 one and a half inch balls. Place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Using a serrated knife, cut each whole roll into 16 rounds. Press each round into a 3 inch circle. Place chilled chicken ball in center of each circle. Shape dough around ball completely.
- Place melted butter and crumbs into 2 separate dishes. Dip dough balls into butter and then the crumbs. Place on cookie sheet 2" apart. Hake for 18 to 22 minutes
