There are so many wonderful things you can do with Pillsbury crescent dough. This is one of the recipes that I used for my son's adult birthday party a couple of years back and it went over really well. His Frat brothers really enjoyed them. Hope you will too.

Ingredients For buffalo chicken puffs

  • 12 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp
    hot sauce
  • 1/3 c
    blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 c
    celery, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    chicken breast, cooked, and chopped
  • 2 can
    pillsbury place n bake crescent rounds
  • 1/3 c
    melted butter
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs

How To Make buffalo chicken puffs

    Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. In bowl, mix cream cheese and pepper sauce. Stir in blue cheese and celery. Stir in chicken until well blended. Shape mixture by tablespoon into 32 one and a half inch balls. Place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Using a serrated knife, cut each whole roll into 16 rounds. Press each round into a 3 inch circle. Place chilled chicken ball in center of each circle. Shape dough around ball completely.

    Place melted butter and crumbs into 2 separate dishes. Dip dough balls into butter and then the crumbs. Place on cookie sheet 2" apart. Hake for 18 to 22 minutes
