buffalo chicken puffs
There are so many wonderful things you can do with Pillsbury crescent dough. This is one of the recipes that I used for my son's adult birthday party a couple of years back and it went over really well. His Frat brothers really enjoyed them. Hope you will too.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup chicken breast, cooked, and chopped
- 2 cans pillsbury place n bake crescent rounds
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup bread crumbs
How To Make buffalo chicken puffs

Step 1Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. In bowl, mix cream cheese and pepper sauce. Stir in blue cheese and celery. Stir in chicken until well blended. Shape mixture by tablespoon into 32 one and a half inch balls. Place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Step 2Heat oven to 350 degrees. Using a serrated knife, cut each whole roll into 16 rounds. Press each round into a 3 inch circle. Place chilled chicken ball in center of each circle. Shape dough around ball completely.

Step 3Place melted butter and crumbs into 2 separate dishes. Dip dough balls into butter and then the crumbs. Place on cookie sheet 2" apart. Hake for 18 to 22 minutes
