buffalo chicken dip

I have tried this recipe using cooked chicken and canned chicken and, I can honestly say, they are both equally good. Just depends on how much time (and patience) you have. I also use the prepared minced garlic instead of smashing the cloves...

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces cooked chicken, shredded (i use canned)
  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (i use the stuff in the jar)
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce ( use just a little)
  • - shredded cheddar cheese (enough to cover the mixture)

How To Make buffalo chicken dip

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce together.
  • Step 2
    Fold in chicken and garlic. Spread mixture into pie pan.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 15 minutes. Add cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Use crackers, fritos, tortilla chips, celery or anything else you like to dip.
