Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Redhot sauce
  • 1/2 cup red peppers (substitute pimiento peppers), finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic (large), pressed
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken, about 2 medium breasts
  • 1/2 cup zippy ranch dressing
  • 1 large chopped green onion, for garnish

How To Make buffalo chicken dip

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
  • Step 2
    In the bowl of a stand mixer, add cream cheese and, using a paddle attachment, process on medium speed until light and creamy.
  • Step 3
    Add cheddar, mozzarella, and hot sauce. Process until well blended.
  • Step 4
    Add red peppers and garlic; mix well using a spatula.
  • Step 5
    Stir in shredded chicken before pouring in ranch dressing; mix until well incorporated.
  • Step 6
    Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and transfer to the preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Remove from the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes before garnishing with green onions. Serve with bread, crackers, tortilla chips, or veggies.
