Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Frank's Redhot sauce
- 1/2 cup red peppers (substitute pimiento peppers), finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic (large), pressed
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken, about 2 medium breasts
- 1/2 cup zippy ranch dressing
- 1 large chopped green onion, for garnish
How To Make buffalo chicken dip

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.

Step 2In the bowl of a stand mixer, add cream cheese and, using a paddle attachment, process on medium speed until light and creamy.

Step 3Add cheddar, mozzarella, and hot sauce. Process until well blended.

Step 4Add red peppers and garlic; mix well using a spatula.

Step 5Stir in shredded chicken before pouring in ranch dressing; mix until well incorporated.

Step 6Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and transfer to the preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 7Remove from the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes before garnishing with green onions. Serve with bread, crackers, tortilla chips, or veggies.
