I got this recipe from my husband's 95 year old Grandma (known as Bubbi to her great grandchildren) It is delicious and is usually the first thing we run out of at a party!

Ingredients

  • 5 lb
    chicken wings
  • 2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 pkg
    dry italian salad dressing mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 2 can(s)
    chicken broth
  • dash(es)
    pepper

How to Make Bubbi's Teriyaki Wing Dings

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients and bring to a boil.
  2. Lay chicken wings in a large roasting pan in a single layer.
  3. Pour sauce over wings and bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour.
  4. Turn wings over and increase heat to 400° and cook for another 1/2 hour.
