How to Make BEST BUTTER AND GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS
- 1Preheat oven to 400*. Place wings in a large mixing bowl, add melted butter, salt and pepper. Mix well to cover wings. Place wings on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes turn wings over and bake another 20 minutes.
- 2Prepare glaze by sautéing the minced garlic and butter in a small pan over low to medium heat. Do not burn the garlic, just cook it. Whisk in the flour and allow the glaze to cook for another 5 minutes.
- 3Glaze the wings, turn oven on to broil. Broil for 4-5 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce or enjoy plain.
