How to Make Beery good chicken wings
- Pour beer into a lg shallow bowl. Reserve 1/3 cup of beer. Add wings to bowl. Cover, marinate 4 hrs in refrigerator.
- Drain wings from beer. Heat oven to 425. Line 2 rimmed baking sheeets w/ foil, spray w/ cooking spray. Sprinkle wings w/ ground red pepper and salt.
- Place wings on baking sheets. Bake 30 mins, turn wings over. Bake another 30 mins, or until crispy. In a bowl, combine pepper sauce, butter and reserved beer, mix well w/ a whisk. Add wings to bowl, toss to coat evenly. Serve w/ plenty of napkins and some beer, because these wings are a tad spicy!
