  • 12
    chicken legs
  • 12 slice
  • 1 1/4 c
    sweet chili sauce

  • 1/3 c
    sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 c
    mango, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    pineapple, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    red onion, finely chopped
  • ·
    fresh lime juice from 1 lime
  • 1 tsp
    cilantro, chopped

How to Make Asian Bacon Chicken Legs


  1. Preheat oven to 425 F
  2. Rinse and pat dry chicken legs.
  3. Wrap 1 slice bacon around each chicken leg.
  4. Place bacon wrapped legs on baking dish.
  5. Brush each chicken leg liberally with sweet chili sauce.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and brush legs with chili sauce again.
  7. Bake for ;another 10 minutes.
  8. If legs aren't crispy enough, put under broiler for 5 minutes.
  9. In bowl, mix pineapple, mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice and 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce. Serve with cooked chicken legs.
