Ingredients
- 12 chicken legs
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 1/4 cups sweet chili sauce
- MANGO PINEAPPLE SALSA
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/2 cup mango, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup pineapple, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- fresh lime juice from 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped
How To Make asian bacon chicken legs

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 F

Step 2Rinse and pat dry chicken legs.

Step 3Wrap 1 slice bacon around each chicken leg.

Step 4Place bacon wrapped legs on baking dish.

Step 5Brush each chicken leg liberally with sweet chili sauce.

Step 6Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and brush legs with chili sauce again.

Step 7Bake for ;another 10 minutes.

Step 8If legs aren't crispy enough, put under broiler for 5 minutes.

Step 9In bowl, mix pineapple, mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice and 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce. Serve with cooked chicken legs.
