Ann's Midwestern Style Deviled Eggs

I decided to crack open (pun intended) my Deviled Eggs cookbook again and try a new one. This recipe caught my interest with the apple cider vinegar, light brown sugar and garlic powder. It is an interesting combination and works very well. My nephew Rhyan & I both really enjoyed the unique flavor. The original recipe is from "Deviled Eggs" by Debbie Moose. I did adjust the ingredients slightly. Hope you'll try them out sometime.

6 medium
eggs, hard boiled
3 Tbsp
salad dressing, miracle whip
2 tsp
mustard, yellow
2 tsp
apple cider vinegar
2 tsp
brown sugar, light
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
2 small
green onions, sliced thinly (add as much as you want for the eggs and the rest for garnish)
salt and pepper

How to Make Ann's Midwestern Style Deviled Eggs


  • 1Slice up your eggs and remove the yolks. Add yolks and the rest of the ingredients except salt and pepper. Mix till well blended and smooth. Season to taste.
  • 2Fill your eggs with the deviled egg mixture and garnish with sliced green onions. Chill & serve.
