Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 - bay leaf
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 2 - thai chili pepper thinly sliced and seeded
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 12 - chicken wings
- - black sesame seeds and cilantro for garnish
How To Make adobo chicken wings

Step 1Place the butter and bay leaf in a small saucepan. After the butter has melted and is foamy add the garlic and chili peppers. Brown about 1 minute.

Step 2Pour in the vinegar and soy sauce. Stir well scraping up bits on bottom of pan. Stir in the brown sugar. Remove bay leaf and discard. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and let simmer 7 to 10 minutes until glaze like and thick. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 3Deep fry the chicken wings at 350 degree about 5 minutes. Pour the glaze over top and serve
