Ingredients
- 8 - chicken legs or 16 chicken wings
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 stick cold unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2/3 cup frank's louisiana hot sauce or your favorite hot sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 slices oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger - food processor
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make 14 buffalo chicken legs

Step 1Prepare Marinate : In a small bowl, combine salt, egg, cayenne pepper, Tabasco Sauce, vinegar, corn starch, vegetable oil, oregano leaves, ginger, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.

Step 2Use a food processor to grind all the ingredients together .

Step 3Place chicken legs into a zip lock plastic bags. Mix with the marinade and refrigerate 2-3 hours.

Step 4Bake for about 40 to 50 minutes or until the chicken leg is golden brown.

Step 5In a hot frying pan, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Then add in Frank's Louisiana hot sauce.

Step 6Take a empty pot and add the cooked chicken legs and frank's Louisiana hot sauce. Cover the lid and shake till sauce covers the chicken. Enjoy!
