Delicious Buffalo Chicken Legs!

Ingredients

  • 8 - chicken legs or 16 chicken wings
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 stick cold unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2/3 cup frank's louisiana hot sauce or your favorite hot sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 slices oregano leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger - food processor
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

How To Make 14 buffalo chicken legs

  • Step 1
    Prepare Marinate : In a small bowl, combine salt, egg, cayenne pepper, Tabasco Sauce, vinegar, corn starch, vegetable oil, oregano leaves, ginger, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
  • Step 2
    Use a food processor to grind all the ingredients together .
  • Step 3
    Place chicken legs into a zip lock plastic bags. Mix with the marinade and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
  • Step 4
    Bake for about 40 to 50 minutes or until the chicken leg is golden brown.
  • Step 5
    In a hot frying pan, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Then add in Frank's Louisiana hot sauce.
  • Step 6
    Take a empty pot and add the cooked chicken legs and frank's Louisiana hot sauce. Cover the lid and shake till sauce covers the chicken. Enjoy!
