Ingredients
- 8 heads of garlic cloves, separated and papery outsides removed
- salt and pepper
- 2 1/2 cups olive oil
- 1 ounce shredded Parmesan cheese
- Manchego cheese sliced or bread
How To Make whole roasted garlic with manchego cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Place the cloves in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Add the olive oil and make sure the cloves are all covered.

Step 2Cover the pan with foil and bake for 2 hours. Drain the oil and keep the oil. It makes a great garlic olive oil.

Step 3Mash the garlic. Top with the Parmesan cheese and serve.
