Greek Tzatziki (Yogurt/Garlic Dip)
cucumber, grated (with skin)
garlic, peeled and grated (or crushed)
fresh dill , finely chopped(dried is ok too)
How to Make Greek Tzatziki (Yogurt/Garlic Dip)
1Wash the cucumber and finely grate. Do not remove skin. Grate it straight into a strainer, you need to remove as much water as possible.
2add yogurt, vinegar, garlic, oil, dill and mix well
3Chill in fridge, for at least an hour.
