Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups turkey broth or chicken broth
- 1 - envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups minced cooked turkey
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 - celery stalk,minced
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 3/4 cup heavy cream, whipped
- - fresh veggies,garnish
How To Make turkey mousse

Step 1Lightly oil a 1 quart mold. Place 1/2 cup of the broth in a heat-proof bowl or cup. Sprinkle gelatin over stock,let soften for about 1 minute. Set bowl in a pan of simmering water,stir constantly until gelatin dissolves.

Step 2Remove from heat. In a mixing bowl,combine cooked turkey,mayonnaise,onion,celery,celery salt and curry powder. Blend into dissolved gelatin.

Step 3Refrigerate until mixture begins to set. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon mixture into mold. Cover lightly,chill overnight

Step 4When ready to serve ,unmold, and garnish with fresh vegetables
