Ingredients

  • 12 ounces sushi grade tuna
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons chili crisp
  • 3 scallions, finely chopped
  • black and white sesame seeds

How To Make tuna sashimi

  • Step 1
    Cut the tuna into 1-inch chunks
  • Step 2
    Place all the ingredients except the sesame seeds in a large bowl and add the tuna.
  • Step 3
    Let it sit in the fridge for 90 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Serve with black and white sesame seeds.
