    chick peas
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    tahini paste
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Traditional Hummus


  1. Drain the chick peas reserving 2 Tbsp. liquid.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender including the reserved liquid.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve with pita chips.
