These are so tasty and are always a big hit at any of the potluck functions I've ever been to.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces deli ham - chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 7 ounces can diced green chilies
  • 1/2 medium onion - chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 - sm can chopped black olives
  • 8-10 - flour tortillas

How To Make tortilla rollups

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients, spread on flour tortilla, roll up and wrap in foil or plastic wrap. Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. Slice off ends and discard, slice the "log" into 1" pieces. Flavor is best when at room temperature for about 30 minutes. I have substituted turkey for the ham and it was good too!
