Ingredients
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can 4. oz. diced green chillies
- 1 can 4. oz. chopped black olives - well drained
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 jar ortega hot taco sauce
- - garlic powder - to taste
- - season salt - to taste
- - chili powder - to taste
- 1 package large flour ortega tortillas
How To Make tortilla roll-ups

Step 1Mix all ingredients (except tortillas) thoroughly. Spread filling evenly over tortillas. Roll up tortillas and wrap each tortilla tightly with plastic wrap, twisting the ends of the wrap. Refrigerate for several hours. Unwrap and cut into slices approx. 1/2" thick. Discard ends (or eat them yourself :)) Serve plain or with salsa.
