this is a nice twist to the traditional roll ups - I like the added spice

  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    4. oz. diced green chillies
  • 1 can(s)
    4. oz. chopped black olives - well drained
  • 1 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 jar(s)
    ortega hot taco sauce
  • ·
    garlic powder - to taste
  • ·
    season salt - to taste
  • ·
    chili powder - to taste
  • 1 pkg
    large flour ortega tortillas

How to Make Tortilla Roll-ups


  1. Mix all ingredients (except tortillas) thoroughly. Spread filling evenly over tortillas. Roll up tortillas and wrap each tortilla tightly with plastic wrap, twisting the ends of the wrap. Refrigerate for several hours. Unwrap and cut into slices approx. 1/2" thick. Discard ends (or eat them yourself :)) Serve plain or with salsa.
