1/2 can(s)rotel tomatoes
1block cream cheese
1fajita seasoning mix (gluten free was the original recipe)
How to Make Tori's Bean Dip
- Put softened cream cheese on the bottom of a microwave safe bowl. Cover with beans, tomatoes and seasoning mix, mixed together. Microwave at 1 minute intervals until heated. Serve with tortilla chips.
- Or pour into dish, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Tori's note was she would mix the cheddar into the beans more, as hers was hard on top when she ate it...
- If doubling the recipe, Tori only uses 1 fajita mix, and doubles all else.
