I created an eleventh recipe of tiger sauce creation: loaded fries + chicken wings without the bones + tiger sauce = one delicious meal with powerful taste. It's buffalo-style loaded fries with boneless chicken wings, filled with steak and crinkle cut fries, leftover or takeout chicken wings with a splash of tiger sauce?

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (24 ounces) frozen steak fries, thawed
  • 1 bag frozen crinkle-cut fries, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups tiger sauce, divided
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 20 leftover or takeout fried chicken wings, removed the bones
  • 3 teaspoons garlic pepper
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup creamy wing sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 banana peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese

How To Make tiger wing fries

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Coat with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Add steak and crinkle-cut fries to a baking sheet. Season with ranch seasoning. Drizzle with 1/2 cup tiger sauce.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 15 minutes or until the fries are golden brown. Remove from the oven. Cool completely.
  • Step 4
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add boneless chicken wings and saute for 5 minutes. Stir in garlic pepper and 1/2 cup tiger sauce. Remove from heat. Set aside.
  • Step 5
    Heat margarine in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Combine heavy cream, wing sauce, cream cheese, chopped banana peppers and remaining tiger sauce; mix well and cook for 4 minutes or until thickened.
  • Step 6
    Remove from heat. Stir in chicken wing mixture and blue cheese.
  • Step 7
    Pour into the prepared fries. Sprinkle with shredded colby jack cheese. Return to the oven, continue baking for 15 minutes.
