As it gets into warmer weather,we are going lighter on the to go lunches,more snacks than a full meal.I think this should go over well. Maybe with some cheese and a piece of fruit.
I found two recipes that claim to be the Original Chex Mix,so I'm combining the two and just calling it Chex Mix.

Ingredients

·3 c corn chex cereal

·3 c rice chex cereal

·3 c wheat chex cereal

·1 c bite-size pretzels
-
·1 c mixed nuts,optional

·1 c garlic-flavor bagel chips

·2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

·1 1/2 t.seasoned salt
-
·3/4 t. garlic powder
-
·1/2 t. onion powder
-
·6 tablespoons butter
How to Make Chex Mix
- In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, nuts, pretzels and bagel chips; set aside. In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in seasonings. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.
Microwave uncovered on High 5 to 6 minutes, thoroughly stirring every 2 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.
