This recipe was given to me by my niece who is a Air Force wife that has traded recipes with people everywhere..And she is a great cook. Everyone who has tried this LOVES it...ENJOY

Ingredients

  • 4 cans - rotel (or if you can't find rotel-diced tomatoes with chilies)
  • 1 can - white corn
  • 1 can - black eyed peas
  • 1 cup - italian dressing (can use fat free)
  • 1 - bunch of green onions

How To Make texas cavier

  • Step 1
    Add all ingredents including juices from the cannes items and a cup of itilian dressing' then strain it. Let it marinate a while or overnite. serve with scoops or tortilla...good on chicken and in a tortilla for a taco ect. Just use it as you would salsa!!
