Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can blackeyed peas
- 1 can shoepeg corn
- 1 cup celery chopped small
- 1 cup green onions chopped small
- 1 cup green pepper chopped small
- 1 jar pimento
- 1/2 jar mild jalapeno peppers
How To Make texas caviar

Step 1Boil first 3 ingrediants until sugar is dissolved . Then cool. Drain and rinse peas and beans. Mix all ingrediants together and pour cooled dressing over.. Let stand overnight in refridgerator.so flavor goes through.. Serve with Tostito Scoops
