Ingredients

  •   1/2 c
    sugar
  •   1/2 c
    apple cider vinegar
  •   1 c
    canola oil
  •   1 can(s)
    pinto beans
  •   1 can(s)
    blackeyed peas
  •   1 can(s)
    shoepeg corn
  •   1 c
    celery chopped small
  •   1 c
    green onions chopped small
  •   1 c
    green pepper chopped small
  •   1 jar(s)
    pimento
  •   1/2 jar(s)
    mild jalapeno peppers

How To Make

  • 1
    Boil first 3 ingrediants until sugar is dissolved . Then cool. Drain and rinse peas and beans. Mix all ingrediants together and pour cooled dressing over.. Let stand overnight in refridgerator.so flavor goes through.. Serve with Tostito Scoops
