Ingredients
- 1 pound jalepenos
- 1 pound bacon
- 2- 8 ounces pkgs. cream cheese
How To Make tex-mex jalepeno poppers

Step 1prepare jalepenos by cutting a capital 'T' in side to remove sees. fill w/ cream cheese, & wrap w/ a strip of bacon. place on baking sheet, w/ cut side up. bake @ 4oo deg. for about an hour, till pepper is tender to a knife tip. yum!

Step 2~NOTE~ WHEN WORKING W/ HOT PEPPERS, IT IS IMPORTANT, NOT TO GET ANYTHING NEAR YER' EYES OR MUCUS MEMBRANES. ADVISABLE TO WEAR RUBBER GLOVES.
