Ingredients
- 3 - medium size ripe avacados
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2 cans plain or jalapeno flavored bean dip
- 1 - large bunch of green onions chopped
- 3 - med. size tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cans black olives
- 1 package 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make tex mex dip

Step 1Make the guacamole. Chop avacados. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.Spread that on the bottom of a pie plate.

Step 22nd layer. Mix sour cream, taco seasoning and bean dip. Spread that over the avacado layer.

Step 3Sprinkle chopped green onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
