Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
How To Make taco cheesecake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.Mix crushed tortilla chips and melted butter, Press into a 9in springform pan. Bake for 10 min. Cool

Step 2Cook ground beef. Drain grease. Reserve 1 tsp of taco seaoning for later use.

Step 3Add taco seasoning package, and 2 tbls water into beef and cook for 5 min.

Step 4Beat cream cheese until fluffy, add eggs and 1tsp taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, beat until blended. Spread mixture over the crust and 1 inch up sides of pan. Spoon in beef mixture.

Step 5Combine sour cream and flour. Spread over cake. Bake for 35 min.
