stuffed mushrooms

these are a great they are always a hit i have to make them when we have a get together

method ---
yield 6 to 10

Ingredients

  • - 10 stuffer mushrooms
  • - 1 lb sausage cooked and drained you can also use crab meat
  • - 1 block of cream chessee
  • - 12 tsp of cajun season
  • - 1 cup of shreeded chessee

How To Make stuffed mushrooms

  • Step 1
    wash and destem mushrooms
  • Step 2
    after sausage is cooked and drained return to skillet add cream chessee and cajun season mix untill cream chessee is melted
  • Step 3
    then start stuffing the mushrooms i use a teaspoon to do this put them in a casarole dish
  • Step 4
    sprinkle chessee on top and bake at 350 for 30 mins
