I ate in a restaurant and ordered their stuffed mushroom appetizer. I liked it and asked what they put in it... of course they did not give it to me. I decided to try and make my own. This what came out! My family likes it, my friends like it and asking for more.
Set aside caps for stuffing.Saute minced mushroom stems with garlic powder, onion flakes until dry. Add pepper and chili powder. Let cool.
Mix cheeses and spinach with cooled sauted mushroom stems.
Stuffed mushroom with the mixture.
Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
