I ate in a restaurant and ordered their stuffed mushroom appetizer. I liked it and asked what they put in it... of course they did not give it to me. I decided to try and make my own. This what came out! My family likes it, my friends like it and asking for more.

Ingredients
- 10-12 pcs medium mushrooms, whole
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup spinach, frozen
- - garlic powder
- - onion flakes, dehydrated
- - chili powder - to the desired "hotness"
How To Make stuffed mushroom bake

Step 1Wash and pat dry mushrooms.

Step 2Take off the mushroom stem and minced.

Step 3Set aside caps for stuffing.Saute minced mushroom stems with garlic powder, onion flakes until dry. Add pepper and chili powder. Let cool.

Step 4Mix cheeses and spinach with cooled sauted mushroom stems.

Step 5Stuffed mushroom with the mixture.

Step 6Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
