1Slice peppers in half, seed and cut out ribs. (That is where the heat is) Cut bacon slices in half. Stuff pepper with cream cheese then wrap half slice of bacon around the middle. Place on cookie sheet.
Continue until all peppers are stuffed. Bake lightly covered (foil just laid over top) 350* for about 1 hour. Check to see if bacon is pretty well cooked. Remove cover and bake until the bacon is done but not crisp.
2These are usually gone before the party gets started. You can make as little as you want or as many as you need.
3PLEASE USE GLOVES WHEN YOU WORK WITH JALAPENOS. SURGICAL GLOVES THAT FIT TIGHT ARE BEST. SORRY I LEFT THAT OUT.....I DID LEARN THE HARD WAY AND SUFFERED ALL NIGHT LONG OVER IT.
