Ingredients

  • 1 pound hot sausage
  • 1 package shredded parmesain cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 20 to 30 large jalapeños

How To Make stuffed jalapeños

  • Step 1
    Make sure you wear gloves when you cut all the jalapeños in half and de seed
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Step 3
    Cook sausage - crumble and drain greese
  • Step 4
    Mix room temperature cream cheese and parmesian cheese with cooked sausage while sausage is still hot.
  • Step 5
    Stuff mixture in each jalapeño half. Put on shallow rectangular pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
