Ingredients For stuffed hot peppers

1/3 cground italian sausage

8 ozpackage cream cheese, softened

3/4 Tbspgarlic salt

3 Tbspgrated romano cheese

1 tspdried oregano
-
1 tspdried basil
-
1/3 citalian-style dry bread crumbs

1 Tbspolive oil

6hungarian hot peppers, cored and seeded
How To Make stuffed hot peppers

1Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

3In a medium bowl, mix together sausage, cream cheese, garlic salt, Romano cheese, oregano, basil, bread crumbs and olive oil.

4Stuff the peppers with the sausage mixture. Place on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven 20 to 25 minutes, until the stuffing is lightly brown and bubbly.
