Ingredients
- 1 package chopped frozen spinach
- 2 tablespoons diced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 20 sprigs fresh parsley, see notes
How To Make spinach dip, ma

Step 1Be sure and drain spinach, dry and cool after cooking to package directions. This will keep under refrigeration 2-3 weeks, needs re-stirring.

Step 2Note: if fresh parsley is not in season, use dehydrated but soak in water first.
