This is an easy dip to serve when having friends over. It's very simple to put together, the hardest thing is waiting for the spinach to thaw. But here's a "hack." Put the frozen spinach in a colander and run tap water over it to thaw quickly.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup frozen spinach (thawed)
- 8 ounces water chestnuts
- 3 tablespoons bell pepper (chopped)
How To Make spinach dip

Step 1Thaw and drain chopped spinach, squeeze all excess moisture with a tea towel or cheese cloth.

Step 2Combine sour cream, mayo and seasonings. Stir in onions, spinach water chestnuts and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.

Step 3Serve with veggies, crackers or bread.
