Ingredients

2 boxchopped spinach,cook and drain well

1 can(s)artichoke hearts,drain well,and chop,not mariniated ones

1 csour cream
-
1 largecream cheese,softened

1/2 cparmesan cheese

1/2chopped onion

1 stickbutter or margarine

8 ozmonteray jack cheese,grated
How to Make spinach and artichoke dip
- saute onions in the stick of butter,then mix all the ingrediants together,and put in a 9 by 9 inch pan,microwavable one,and put in microwave for 5 minutes.serve with pita chips,or crackers of your choice.very easy,and very good.
