- 2-8oz packages cream cheese
- 1 pound spinach, frozen
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
- - salt and pepper
How To Make spinach and artichoke dip

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix everything except spinach and mozz. cheese with a mixer until well blended. Drain spinach and wring out with a towel to remove excess water and put in a baking dish. Add half of the mozz. cheese to the spinach, pour remaining ingredients in the dish. Mix well and top with remaining cheese.

Step 2Bake in a preheated oven of 350 deg. for 30-35 minutes. Serve with pita chips
