Spicy Salami Deviled Eggs w Creme Fraiche & Thyme
1 tspchili powder
1/4 tspsweet paprika
1/2 ccreme fraiche
1 tspfresh thyme leaves plus more for garnish
·juice of 1/2 lime
2 slicesalami cut into triangles
How to Make Spicy Salami Deviled Eggs w Creme Fraiche & Thyme
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the eggs and boil for about 8 minutes. Remove the eggs to a ice bath and let cool. Peel the eggs cutting them in half. Pop the yolk out into a bowl.
- Smash the egg yolks with a fork. Add the chili powder, paprika, creme fraiche, thyme leaves and lime juice. Mix well. Add the yolk back into the halves of the eggs.
- In a small pan fry the salami until crisp. Remove and let cool then add one triangle to the top of each eggs. Add a thyme leaf next to the salami. Serve
