Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves plus more for garnish
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 slices salami cut into triangles
How To Make spicy salami deviled eggs w creme fraiche & thyme

Step 1Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the eggs and boil for about 8 minutes. Remove the eggs to a ice bath and let cool. Peel the eggs cutting them in half. Pop the yolk out into a bowl.

Step 2Smash the egg yolks with a fork. Add the chili powder, paprika, creme fraiche, thyme leaves and lime juice. Mix well. Add the yolk back into the halves of the eggs.

Step 3In a small pan fry the salami until crisp. Remove and let cool then add one triangle to the top of each eggs. Add a thyme leaf next to the salami. Serve
