How To Make spicy pumpkin deviled eggs
-
Step 1Slice each egg in half and gently remove yolks.
-
Step 2Place yolks and ingredients except last paprika and scallions in a small bowl and mash until smooth.
-
Step 3Mound the yolk mixture into the egg whites or transfer to a plastic bag and pipe it into the whites
-
Step 4Wet your finger and pat the surface smooth. Use a toothpick to draw lines to make pumpkin indentations. Sprinkle with paprika.
-
Step 5Cut the scallions to make tiny stems and add to the top to finish off the pumpkin look. I didn't have scallions so I used spicy oregano.
