Well, I wanted a spicy dip to eat with tortilla chips and take camping this weekend This is what I came up with. I think this would be good with black beans added too.

Ingredients

  • 1 can
    sweet corn, drained
  • 1 can
    rotel - well drained
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    mayonaise
  • 3/4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2
    green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    black olives, sliced
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    powdered taco seasoning

How to Make Spicy Corn Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium size bowl and mix well. Chill before eating.
