Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter (i prefer creamy)
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons white or red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon asian chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced fine
- 2 tablespoons fine mashed ginger
- 2 tablespoons fine minced green onion
How To Make spicy chunky peanut dip

Step 1Combine all in small bowl until well blended.

Step 2If necessary, thin down with a few tsp cold water. Keep in fridge up to a week.
