Ingredients

  • 1 pound pecans
  • 1 - egg white
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine

How To Make spiced pecans

  • Step 1
    Whip egg white until frothy. Add water, sugar & Cinnamon.
  • Step 2
    In a 9 x 13 pan, Melt butter.
  • Step 3
    Pour pecans in egg mixture, stir until all are coated, then pour into pan.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
