Ingredients
- 1 pound pecans
- 1 - egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
How To Make spiced pecans

Step 1Whip egg white until frothy. Add water, sugar & Cinnamon.

Step 2In a 9 x 13 pan, Melt butter.

Step 3Pour pecans in egg mixture, stir until all are coated, then pour into pan.

Step 4Bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
