- 16 ounces whole mozzarella

How To Make grandma rose's spaghetti pie
-
Step 1Boil your spaghetti, but break in half before you put in pot. In a large boil mix Ricotta, eggs, cubed mozzarella, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese (to taste).
-
Step 2When spaghetti is al dente, drain well and add to your mix. Mix it all well and pour into large pan. You can break it up and put into 2 9x11 pans if you like. Make sure you spray your pan with Pam or you can use butter if you like.
-
Step 3Now sprinkle some parmesan cheese and Italian bread crumbs on top and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in the oven at 350.
